The Coolest Accessory for iPod/iPhone

I've seen a lot of hi-tech, fashionable accessories for iPods and iPhones and this one is really the coolest ever! Check out this Snowflakes iPod/iPhone dock. Freaking cool, designed named Sylvain Gerber.

The concept device has lights that change with the beat of the music. It’s a brilliant looking device that’s funky and looks like it should be on the mantle place of some thrash metal guitar players house, right underneath a kick-ass guitar. No tag price for it for now.

Sony Walkman NWZ-E450

Check out Sony Ericsson's,  Sony Walkman NWZ-E450 - It does look like an ordinary walkman phone but check out what it does.  We all love to sing, right? Well this one suits you best because it does karaoke. You heard it right, you can now rehearse your singing talent every time, anytime and anywhere.

"Here's how it works: not only can you throw in .lrc files to get auto-scrolling lyrics for your songs, but the device can also automagically reduce the lead vocals and let you be the rock star. Of course, the latter feature may not work as well with your occasional dose of Slipknot, but as you can see in our hands-on video after the break, Leona Lewis' gorgeous voice is good to go." via engadget

Check out some of the specs: MP3 / WMA / AAC / MP4 / WMV playback, up to 50 hours of music battery juice, 2-inch QVGA LCD, voice recorder, 4GB to 16GB of memory, and it comes in black, red, blue, pink and green.

The New iPhone 4

Apple just announced today, the new iPhone 4 after a few months of photo leaks rumors etc. It has a glass front and back - The stainless steel band that goes around the phone is an antenna system, while also providing the main structure of the phone, though it's plugged into the same old GSM / UMTS radio you all know and love -- there's a reason they didn't call it the iPhone 4G. There's also of course that front facing camera we were all anticipating, a rear camera with LED flash, and a new high resolution display that doubles the pixels in each direction (960 x 640) for a 4X overall pixel count increase -- Apple calls it a "Retina Display." It's rated at 326ppi, which Apple claims is beyond the human eye's limit of distinction. Check out an example of the new screen up against the iPhone 3G after the break. Similar to the iPad it's an IPS display, with 800:1 contrast.

Naturally, it's still the same old 3.5-inch. Under the hood is the A4 processor that runs the iPad. Despite the new engine (and the 25% thinner chassis), Apple managed to make the battery slightly larger, and the new handset is rated at 7 hours of 3G talk, 6 hours of 3G browsing, 10 hours of WiFi browsing, 10 hours of video, and 40 hours of music. Oh, and that WiFi? It's 802.11n now. more from Apple Live

Samsung I5500 Corby

I'm not a fan of using Samsung phones, they've got a variety of shapes and sizes but this one kinda looks cool - the Samsung I5500 Corby that will run Android and become the first Corby to earn a smartphone degree.

As of now sources still don't know much about this new Corby, except that it recently got a Wi-Fi certification for the b/g/n protocols. It received FCC certification as well, obviously a 3G, Bluetooth and GPS for the Samsung I5500. The camera resolution is unknown, but it probably won't be more than 3MP.

The rumors add Android 2.1 Eclair and Corby branding to the mix and an expected price of 200 euro putting it at the low end of the price range for an Android phone.

Samsung I5500 Corby photo still kept tightly under warps so we still don't have a clue what it looks like. The photo on top is a quick mockup.

Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 up to Android 2.1

One of the big mindshare-grabbing devices of the smartphone world,The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, made us wait a cool 6 months between its November announcement and wide retail availability  in April.

One of the secret hopes while all that waiting was going on was that perhaps SE would surprise us and upgrade  the dusty old Android 1.6 base installation to a fresh and creamy Eclair (2.1) or even a frosty Froyo (2.2) treat shortly after launch. Time to lay those dreams to rest, as Sony Ericsson has come with an official schedule for upgrading the firmware on the Xperia X10 and its X10 mini and X10 mini pro siblings, which places the Android 2.1 delivery in the 4th quarter of 2010.

Nokia N97 was a bit of a disaster??

Who owns a Nokia 97? How was it? Does it fit to what you really needed in a mobile phone? Some of my friends does own a Nokia 97 and negative feedbacks/bad impression came along after they bought it. Some of the negative feedbacks was: if you consumed 60 or 70% of the memory, it hangs up; it also have a delayed response - in other words, Nokia N97 was a bit of a disaster. Some companies denies issues like this one but Nokia admits that the N97 was a bit of a failure.

Anssi Vanjoki Nokia's VP of Markets recently said in an interview that the N97 was a "tremendous disappointment in terms of the experience quality for the consumers and something did not anticipate." How refreshingly candid!. Well at least they admitted that it was really a disaster and that's the best thing that a person should do.

For me nobody's perfect same as in gadgets that we use. It's the way on how we use things up.

The First BlackBerry with Traditional Keypads

Usually, the BlackBerry handsets has a qwerty keypads in it - not anymore! The new BlackBerry Pearl 9105 is the very First BlackBerry With Traditional Keypad. The new BlackBerry Pearl 3G actually comes in two models. The 9100, which is coming to AT&T, has a 20-key Pearl keypad with two letters on each key, and the 9105, which hasn't been announced by any US carrier, has a traditional 14-key phone keypad.

And this makes the 9105 a breakthrough model for RIM. While the vast majority of phones across the world have traditional phone keypads also known as "9-pads" to some, RIM has never released one before. The company's focus on texting meant they always thought of messaging first, so even the ancient little BlackBerry 950 had a full QWERTY setup.

Nokia X2 Music Phone

The Nokia X2 Music Phone goes official - X2 is a budget phone that still manages to fit into that category. The mobile phone comes with Music service, offering unlimited music for the whole year, though there isn’t any confirmation whether this service will be offered in the UK just yet.

Nokia X2 Specs:

microSD card expansion up to 16GB

    5-megapixel camera

    Dedicated music buttons

    Symbian S50

FM radio with 3.5mm audio jack

Nokia's N8 12 MP Handset

We all knew that Sony Ericssion made it first to have a 12 MP touchscreen mobile phone - the Sony Ericsson Satio.  And as of today Nokia's much awaited mobile phone gets previewed, the Nokia N8 12 MP touchscreen handset. But there’s still no official word from the company not that it matters. Mobile-Review’s got a preview up and they don’t seem to be too happy with what they see.

Nokia N8 feature a large multi-touch display which the reviewer doesn’t regard as a very important factor because a lot of them have it already in a other words it’s pretty standard these days with quite a few handsets. The design still seems like it could be an SE Aino w/o the keypad but with a larger display.

The 12MP camera with what looks like a Xenon flash will be something that the competition would have to seriously acknowledge. Sadly video capture is strictly 720p quality which means it’s no better than the others in its class including the Sony Ericsson Vivaz that has an 8MP camera. The handset also seems to have an HDMI out but the reviewer says that it’s some form or proprietary socket that didn’t suit standard HDMI cables.

Check out the photos below and leave a comment of what is your thought about it.

Rumored Apple's iPhone 4G

We all knew that apple just released the new iPad,  the bigger version of an iPod Touch and now rumors are already spreading on the net regarding this new iPhone - Apple's iPhone 4G. But according to gizmodo.com, there's a little possibility that it's fake.

Check out the photos below:

About the iPhone 4G

• Front camera for video chat
• Improved regular back-camera
• Camera flash
• Micro-SIM instead of standard SIM (like the iPad)
• Improved display. It's unclear if it's the 960x640 display thrown around before—it certainly looks like it, with the "Connect to iTunes" screen displaying much higher resolution than on a 3GS.
• What looks to be a secondary mic for noise cancellation, at the top, next to the headphone jack
• Split buttons for volume
• Power, mute, and volume buttons are all metallic

• The back is entirely flat, made of either glass (more likely) or ceramic or shiny plastic in order for the cell signal to poke through. Tapping on the back makes a more hollow and higher pitched sound compared to tapping on the glass on the front/screen, but that could just be the orientation of components inside making for a different sound
• An aluminum border going completely around the outside
• Slightly smaller screen than the 3GS (but seemingly higher resolution)
• Everything is more squared off
• 3 grams heavier
• 16% Larger battery
• Internals components are shrunken, miniaturized and reduced to make room for the larger battery.
